Position: Telesales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate and receive calls to prospective clients with the aim of promoting our real estate offerings and generating leads.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our property listings, current market trends, and key features to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning, understanding customer requirements, and providing relevant information about available properties.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and increase the likelihood of successful deals.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards and exceed set sales targets by closing deals and converting leads into successful transactions.
- Documentation: Assist clients with necessary documentation and guide them through the buying/selling process.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of 12th grade; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive tone.
- Sales Aptitude: Proven ability to understand customer needs, negotiate, and close deals.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, demonstrating a proactive and self-driven approach.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, email, and other communication tools.
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in telesales or real estate sales is an advantage but not mandatory. Freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Field Sales Executive - Real Estate

Qualifications and Skills:
